Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with your return or exchange. All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Dojo Outfitters. Please read the following for more information.
Eligible items for return or exchange
Items shipped within the United States. All international orders are final sale.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags and complete packaging within 21 days of purchase.
Items with stains, signs of use, odor, or dander will automatically void the return at customer’s expense.
A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Dojo Outfitters. Any returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above will be sent back at customer’s expense and a refund will not be granted.
When processing an order and an item is out of stock, we will need to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Items NOT eligible for return or exchange
We will not accept returns or exchanges after 21 days of purchase.
Items with stains, signs of use, odor, or dander.
Items that have been washed/worn and missing original tags and complete packaging.
Accessories and special order items are not eligible for a return.
Any Shoyoroll, rvddw, or Albino Preto gis.
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a return.
Gifts cards are not eligible for a return.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects from any third-party Judo and Jiu Jitsu brand sold through Dojo Outfitters. In cases of a manufacturer defect, a return or exchange cannot be processed. Please contact the specific brand for more information.
Purchased item is no longer available on www.dojooutfitters.com. We produce limited run products. Once it is sold out, it’s never reproduced.
Return refunds or store credit
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your return.
Refunds will issued to the original payment method. Please allow between 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your banking institution.
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs or labels associated with returning an order. We cannot refund original shipping charges.
If wanting to exchange an item purchased online, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from Dojo Outfitters. We cannot refund original shipping charges.
Dojo Outfitters is not responsible for missing, damaged, and lost packages in transit or packages sent to the wrong address. We cannot refund or replace packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any packages once it is in the hands of the postal service.
If wanting to return or exchange in-store, you have the option to receive a refund or store credit if applicable. Store credit is not available for online purchases.
Restocking fee
All returns and order cancellations are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Please return all items in the original packaging and follow the aforementioned criteria above.
Return and exchange process
For returns and exchanges, please email dojo@dojooutfitters.com. In the email, please include the following:
"Return Request” or “Exchange Request” in the subject line
Your name
Order number
Specify the reason for your return and include the name and description of the item(s) you wish to return.
If requesting an exchange, please include any exchange details in email.
Return requests must be emailed and item(s) received within 21 days of purchase. Please send your returned item(s) to:
