Shipping


  • All orders are processed for shipment within 3-5 business days after an order is placed. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Package arrival will be dependent on courier transit time.

  • We offer free in-store pickup on local Portland orders.

  • We ship to all 50 US states, US territories, and international via USPS

  • For international shipping, the customer will be responsible for all associated tariffs and taxes incurred on international shipments. For more information regarding taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office.

  • Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email notification with a USPS tracking number if available.

  • Dojo Outfitters is not responsible for missing, damaged, and lost packages in transit or packages sent to the wrong address. We cannot refund or replace packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any packages once it is in the hands of the postal service.

  • If a package is undeliverable and returned to Dojo Outfitters for any reason, we are not responsible for any reshipping costs. In these cases, please contact us for a refund or if you would like for the package to be reshipped. Refunds will only be issued once we have all ordered items in hand and any applicable shipping costs will not be refunded. If requested a reshipment, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
